Oxford Primary Care & Weight Loss Center's mission is to improve the health, independence and quality of life of adults and older adults by means of interdisciplinary teams in the areas of research, education and healthcare. We strive to provide thorough, timely medical care delivered with love, compassion and respect for each individual. We act as an advocate for both our patients and their families. We have a reverent respect for each person as a gift from God.

We are a full-service practice of dedicated, experienced providers who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health. Our providers believe in providing comprehensive health care services to our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We also believe in educating our patients as we work with them to achieve the best physical state possible. 

Each physician is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and comes to our practice with years of experience in their area of specialty.  Our board-certified nurse practitioner consults with the physician while working with each patient in order to provide informed, consistent care at all times.
